Rigid Walls are designed to fill the gaps between aisle cabinets, as above cabinet containment, or to create full containment walls. Made with sturdy aluminum framing, you can choose from transparent plexi glass and/or translucent corrugated glass paneling, and customized anodized finish. All WindChill data center containment is custom made to meet specific needs.

 

Expandable Rigid Walls

These are a new item from WindChill Engineering. Made with the same quality standards as other WindChill containment, expandable rigid walls slide to fit variable width gaps. Custom made to height and max-width, these are designed to fit a niche in data centers with evolving layouts. These come standard with a foam bulb for a tight seal and a brush to prevent air movement between the panels.

Above Cabinet Rigid Walls

Designed for hot aisle containment solutions, above cabinet rigid walls are built with annodized aluminum frame and clear or corrugated paneling. Each panel is custom built for the job ensuring tight fit and tolerances. Above cabinet rigid walls can be mounted to the top of the cabinet or suspended from the ceiling.

Floor Mount Rigid Walls

Floor mount rigid walls are used in both hot and cold aisle containment solutions. Designed to fill gaps between cabinets, cabinet and walls, or to build a custom wall.
